Whether you are a beginner or an experienced competitor, a Charmayne James Clinic can help you reach the next level.

11 Time WPRA World Champion Charmayne James and her team of experts will share with you the knowledge, techniques and care that helped Charmayne become a Champion. Each clinic includes intense one-on-one training by Charmayne. She rides each student's horse and provides individual instruction that will give you valuable techniques to work on at home. She will also talk about positive attitude and mental preparation for a race along with nutrition and care.

Charmayne believes that having the ability to train a broke solid horse will make for a more successful barrel racer on any horse.

Clinic Facility Information

RV hookup, stalls, bedding, meals and lodging are not typically included in clinic pricing. Please check the schedule and facility pages for the event in which you wish to participate prior to registering. Specific information related to your desired clinic will be found on those pages.

Payment Options

You may using VIsa, Mastercard or Discover. We also accept checks for payment if mailed 30 days in advance of the clinic.

Non Refundable Payments & Extenuating Circumstances

All payments are non refundable. In the event of a medical emergency or other emergency type issue we do require a vet or doctors statement. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. If a refund is requested and documentation as described above is provided, two weeks or more prior to the clinic a refund, less a $50 handling fee will be issued. If a refund is authorized for any reason within a week of the clinic start date the refund will be for the payment amount less $100. In the rare occassions that refunds are issued, they will be refunded to your credit card the Monday following the clinic in which you are registered.
